Account Deletion Request
We respect your right to privacy and control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from Waysoft Solutions, please follow the instructions below.
What Will Be Deleted?
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your user profile and account credentials
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- All uploaded documents and files
- Activity logs and usage history
- Saved preferences and settings
- Any other data associated with your account
Note: Some data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Data Retention Period
After you submit a deletion request:
- Immediate: Your account will be deactivated immediately
- 30 Days: All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- Backup Systems: Data in backup systems will be purged within 90 days
During the 30-day period, you can cancel your deletion request by contacting support.
How to Delete Your Account
Method 1: From Mobile App
- Open the Waysoft Solutions app
- Go to Settings or Profile
- Scroll down to Account Management
- Tap on Delete Account
- Confirm your decision and provide your password
- Submit the deletion request
Method 2: Email Request
Send an email to our support team with your account deletion request:
Our team will process your request within 2-3 business days and send you a confirmation email.
Method 3: Contact Support
Contact our support team directly:
Available: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST
Important Information
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- You will lose access to all features and data immediately
- Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
- No refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods
- You cannot create a new account with the same email for 90 days
- If you're part of an organization/school, notify your admin before deletion
Alternatives to Account Deletion
Before deleting your account, consider these alternatives:
- Temporary Deactivation: Temporarily disable your account instead of permanent deletion
- Data Export: Download your data before deletion
- Privacy Settings: Adjust your privacy settings to limit data collection
- Contact Support: Resolve any issues you're facing with your account
