Welcome to Waysoft Solutions School Management System. By accessing or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

Waysoft Solutions provides a comprehensive school management system that enables educational institutions to:

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our App, you must:

• Be authorized by a registered educational institution
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Be at least 13 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if younger

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4. Acceptable Use Policy

6. Payment and Fees

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are determined by your educational institution and are subject to change with notice.

6.2 Payment Processing

School fee payments processed through the App are handled securely. We are not responsible for any fees, charges, or issues arising from payment processing services provided by third-party payment processors.

6.3 Refunds

Refund policies are determined by your educational institution. Please contact your school administration for refund requests.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Educational Records Compliance

We comply with applicable educational privacy laws, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We act as a service provider to educational institutions and handle student data in accordance with their instructions and applicable laws.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 No Guarantee

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

9.3 Educational Decisions

While we provide tools to assist with educational management, all final decisions regarding student advancement, grading, and academic matters remain the responsibility of the educational institution and its authorized personnel.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAYSOFT SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the App
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Waysoft Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another
• Any content you submit through the App

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Waysoft Solutions. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may discontinue use of the App at any time. Please contact your school administrator to request account deletion.

13.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

13.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
